John's Credit Union career began with external auditing and progressed through various positions within credit unions, including CEO. Since starting his own business, he has worked on the Y2K project, established and trained an entirely new accounting department, and stepped in as interim CEO to save a credit union from a forced merger. | John specializes in Transition Management. He temporarily fills CEO, CFO and other open management positions, solving problems and paving the way for permanent replacements.
He also works on a project basis to provide financial reports, analysis and problem-solving assistance.
